Help & FAQ

How does the free trial work?

Every new workspace gets the full product free for 7 days — no credit card required. When the trial ends, the assistant and proposal actions pause until you pick a plan, but nothing is deleted: your data is kept and subscribing restores everything.

What are credits, and how do they work?

Credits measure your actual AI usage — every chat and analysis uses a few, and your dashboard shows exactly what you’ve used. Each plan includes a monthly pool that resets every month, and paid plans can buy top-up packs any time. Top-up credits never expire; your monthly pool is used first.

Can AdPilot change my campaigns without asking?

Never. Every suggestion is a proposal card that you review and approve or reject — nothing touches your Google Ads account without your explicit click. One click is all it takes: approve, and AdPilot applies the change; do nothing, and nothing changes.

Can AdPilot spend my money without asking?

No. Every change is approval-gated: nothing runs until you click to approve it, campaigns can never be deleted through AdPilot, and shared budgets are never touched. A snapshot is saved before every change, and each one can be reverted from your Change History. Google also bills your ad spend directly — AdPilot never touches your money.

What if I don’t like a change afterwards?

Every applied change is recorded in your Change History with its before and after values, and most changes can be reverted from there with one click. A revert restores the exact previous value — and, like everything else, it only runs after you approve it.

Why does part of my dashboard show a connect button instead of numbers?

AdPilot only ever shows your real numbers. Before you connect a data source, the section that depends on it shows a connect button instead of numbers — connect your Google Ads account and, in Settings, pick which account AdPilot should manage. Google Analytics, Search Console and Merchant Center each have their own optional connect button too. And if a connected source can’t be reached for a moment, AdPilot says exactly that — it never shows invented numbers.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your billing page and click “Manage subscription” — you can cancel there in a few clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.

Can I get a refund?

Yes: if you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your first subscription payment on request within 14 days of that first payment. Unused credit top-ups (no credits from the pack spent) are refundable within 14 days of purchase; partially used packs are not. Just email junaid@heyadpilot.com.

How do I disconnect my Google Ads account?

In Settings, click “Disconnect” — or remove AdPilot’s access in your Google account security settings. Your access tokens are deleted right away; your change history and reports stay, so you keep the record of what was done.

Is my data safe?

Yes: all traffic is encrypted, Google Ads tokens are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption, and our setup is built to be GDPR-friendly — we never sell your data. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
